Based on the results, we will inform you of reservation acceptance and will confirm accordingly. ● Re-contract : extension Basically, we do not accept extensions. We recommend that you sign a contract for the maximum possible length of time and cancel it if your plans change. ● Termination of contract before expiration Termination of the contract before expiration is possible with 14-days advance notice.* If we receive a termination notification with less than 14 days from the notification, 14days of rent will be charged from the day of notification irrespective of the day when check-out was completed. * Not possible within the minimum contract period (1month) ● Cancellation Policy before moving-in Cancellation within 14 days after signing a contract or making a deposit: 14 days’ rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
